They currently are bottlenecked to a limited number of downloads at a time due to the high traffic taxing our bandwidth. We currently do not necessarily have a time frame as to when they will be readily available.
Any further threads made in regards to this topic will be deleted/locked. (There are WAY TOO MANY REPEAT TOPICS.)

When I manage to click on it and actually get the vid. instead of "Service Unavailable", I save it, but after the 5 minutes it takes to save, I get an error when I try to open it. I've tried several times, but 21 just doesn't work after saving it. |

Due to some internet problems I have slowly been downloading the bittorrent season one selection for WMV, and typically I would click it, and it would continue from where it left off. It is having an error now. Is this part of the bandwidth problem? It makes me sad because after almost a week of slow downloading it only had about an hour left. :(

| #21 Posted 1 year ago | Reply | I was having the same problem and kept clicked on the get all button a lot and have slowly gotten 23 and 1-6. Now it looks like this time it is working for me. 7-9 are downloading just fine and all the rest are on standby, so maybe now its working or maybe, it'll work eventually if you keep pressing the get it button.
Edit: FYI, all of them did download properaly except 18 which I am getting right now |

| #22 Posted 1 year ago | Reply | | The links on the downloads page and the iTunes feed take the episodes directly off our servers. We had to cap the number of concurrent downloads and the total maximum transfer rate of the downloads so that we don't go over our bandwidth allowance. Episode 23 is on it's own server right now with a higher cap, so there shouldn't be many problems getting Episode 23. However, with Season 1 the only thing I can tell you is to keep trying, or download via bittorrent. |

It sounds like you have a problem with a firewall and/or a router not forwarding. If you have a firewall try disabling it for a short period of time to see if it helps. What is the error that the bittorrent client is giving you, and are you using a router? |

Last month we got $120 in donations which REALLY helped out a lot for when the server got hit up early in the month and we are working on some sort of "Thank you" for the people that donate and save us monies to keep everything running well. |
