Video quality problems

For some reason when I try and watch the video's I got from the site, they tend to have blocky...ness..... yea...

For instance when Im watching them, its as if the player is trying to decode that section but cant. Any idea's anyone?

Im using Z-player and I have the CCCP [combined comunity codec pack] =/
