Like for honest shakes...Why did Dobby, Fred, lupin and Snape have to die??? I did like the ending. I always been a sucker for happy endings. Through Harry and Ginny's son Al..Is going to be beat up...Just look at poor kids name! Also why..after all Snape did..all he gets in the end is one bloody line!!!!!! Other than that. I liked the book

Rowling was trying to make you feel. But I'm not sure about what you said about their son. He may have a weird name, but that doesn't mean she'll get beat up. I mean, how many Hermionie's do you know? She never got beat up, did she? Well, not for her name, anyway...

And it made me sick, because I stayed up until 4am to read it on my last night in Thailand, and a combination of funny water and no sleep made me quite unwell the following day. It was totally worth it, though... I reread all the other books, but I haven't reread the last one. It's just too sad, I think.

In the seventh book, Snape said that he was taking orders from the portrait so if the people in the painting can think and talk and stuff and they get offended (like phineas black i think it was who kept getting annoyed w/ harry) and amused which means they can feel emotions...how r the people really dead? Couldn't someone just have a painting with them all the time and talk to them? They wouldn't be able to come out of thr frame but it's like they're still there and it's weird b/c they're dead! That shouldn't happen! Also I was sad when Dobby died.
