This is sort of an "Off-topic/On-topic" topic.
I just wanted to congratulate Little Kuriboh and the staff for their excellent job on YTAS.
I just have a question for Little Kuriboh and kin. That is, of cause, if you wouldn't mind answering it?
1: Little Kuriboh...You are a very talented voice actor. Have you ever considered trying out for a "legit" position in the voice acting community? For example, trying out for ADV films, FUNimation, Geneon etc?
Of cause I am aware, like many people, of the evils of certain dub companies…I.E. 4Kids.
I guess my point is – because ADV and FUNimaiton do not hire SAG actors (union actors) they would hire you in a snap, simply because you CAN ape Dan Green’s voice.
So, if the opportunity arose where you could try-out for an English dub for upcoming anime titles…would you try-out for it?
(Yes, I know that most English dubs of Anime – or at least 90% of dubs – are done in North America or Canada.)
Just wanted to put my 2 cents in.

I still wouldn't consider you guys a staff though. No offense. I mean, for this site, yeah, but for LittleUK, he's a solo man. With a woman who does a child's voice, but thats about it. |
