I actually would like to call a halt to the BAR for a while.
As you can see the old BAR system didn't work and I would like people to suggest new BAR rules which won't endorse spam,
This way we can still have a chance to participate in the BAR without slowing down the server,.
Please everyone participate and once we decide the best methods we will put them to a moderator or admin.
