YGO:TAS Forum Rules and Regulations

1) Be respectful of other members. Joking and teasing a little towards users now and then is fine, but outright trolling and inflammatory remarks are not. This would include making it your personal vendetta to take someone down for their religion, race, and the like.

2) No spamming. This includes advertising your site, roleplay, and other such nonsense. This also means posting topics in their correct forums, and not making the same topic in multiple forums. The only place where this is allowed is the Fluff Forum
2A) The Fluff forum is meant for users to really sit back and enjoy themselves. However, posts that are totally nonsense are not allowed, such as posts containing nothing but "Hi (name)! *glomps*", or generally treating it like a chat room, with posts such as "I'm here!" or "I have to get off." We have an IRC room for general chat. Also note that post count does not increase when you post in this board.

3) Do not argue with forum staff after they have performed an administrative action of some kind. If you feel your topic was wrongly locked, or someone was wrongly banned, a PM sent to the moderator who performed the action asking why it was done is acceptable. Making new topics on the boards about how the moderator was a jerk is not.

4) No backseat moderating. The moderators are selected because they are believed to best be able to do that job. If you're not a moderator, there's a reason for it. Don't throw around authority you don't have. Reporting posts to a moderator via PM, however, is not only fine, it is also highly recommended.

5) Only one account for user. We do know who's who, and can easily figure out when someone is using clone accounts.

As long it's not "FUCK YOU NIGGA, IMMA BE CAPPIN' YOUR ASS" it's all cool.

Can we still cap your ass without saying the line? Because I get crazy with a Sniper Rifle sometimes...

Also the rules seem to be pretty standard fare....cool.

If you guys just follow the rules, you should all be okay. I mean, we're not going to get on your case for general forum bullshit. Unless it's general forum negative evil bullshit (that's already expressed in the rules).

As for swearing, I can't speak for LK, but as a Literature Major, I have no problem with it in moderation or context.

I have a question about rule 5. Does saying "Because I said so" count as backing up an arguement?
Crazyhedgehog
#12   Posted 1 year agoReply
Nope, I'm pretty sure it doesn't. We'll need some serious evidence, or an OBJECTION!

Seems like this will be a fun forum.

<3

Mebbe "whoring shit" should be replaced as "advertising"? I like that terminology, it's more definitive.

Are we allowed to be funny and express our honest opinions?

A lot of people are trying to deny me these rights.
Crazyhedgehog
#15   Posted 1 year agoReply
Well, if you're able to, you can.

For a rule that says "no swearing" there sure is a lot on THIS page alone. I hate to see the rest of this site....
Crazyhedgehog
#18   Posted 1 year agoReply
Where does it say that? I wish to know!

I can't find any rule saying no swearing either. I suppose that's only taken into account when people are insulting each other or using it to back up thier arguments.

6. Do not argue with mods or admins after we have locked your thread/banned your friend: we really don’t like being told that Mr. Patriotic should be unbanned because he liked America. Or that we really DID need a thread about the Liberal conspiracy to kill God.
WHO GETS IT?

Also, Bryy is the new Pixie.
