Fine, then let's call it a yugioh parody based website... All I'm saying is a lot of fans would prefer the picture to be more relevant... but I'm not speaking for everyone. I'm not trying to protest or going to send hatemail... It was just a suggestion since previous users/posts seemed upset about it.
Also, there are quite a few jokes that people can't fully understand without knowing a bit about the show. If it catered to the ENTIRE internet crowd, there'd be a lot more users... and of course, without Yugioh, there'd be no Yugioh Abridged.
Point being, it was a SUGGESTION. No need to get defensive or point out "flaws" or "intellectual/factual errors" in my last post...

Criminey...WTF is everyone flipping out about? I happen to dig the random rants, they're something fun and interesting to read rather than a short little, "here's what's happening, here's what's not, kthnxbai." type of update. I thought Ben's post last week was awesome (and I gained a new favorite song out of the deal) and while I don't know a bloody thing about Halo I can appreciate Dix's frustration, at least. It couldn't have taken more than 10 minutes to read that entry, it's not like you wasted your whole day. Quit creating stupid drama, the mods are doing their best and trying to have some fun with this place.
Anyway, here's an entry for the contest:

Robot, as multi-coloured confetti rains down: "...WTF?"
Yugioh cast: "Yeah, we don't understand their editing ideas either."
Confetti? That's all I get - confetti? That guy with the freaky hair said he was a "magical" piñata. I at least wanted diamonds or sherbet or a squirrel with a gun...
Guys, quit complaining. It's one little deviance from normality, get over it, really.
And no offense to LK, because he's awesome, but his news posts, while relevant, can get a little dry. It's not a bad thing, but it's nice to have a little bit of spicing up once in awhile. And really, the caption contest picture is vaguely relevant. In a long winding road of linking chains.
So give the mods/admins a break. They're trying to keep this site interesting for all of us ungrateful bastards, not to mention the hours of fixing site problems, trying to get rid of useless spam and dealing with idiots who crop up that they do for us.
For all you whiners and complainers about the picture being not YGO:TAS related, KROZE GAVE ME THE PICTURE TO PUT UP FOR THIS WEEK'S CAPTION CONTEST.
I for one, am getting really sick of everyone complaining about my news post. Listen, I'm not a huge anime fan like most of you are and I decided to do my news post about stuff I enjoy. If you have a problem with that, tough. And actually, we are kind of hoping to start appealing to a larger crowd to get more people interested in TAS. It doesn't hurt to change things up every once in a while. Oh and the last caption contest had a LOT of unfunny, duplicate entries that I can only guess were TAS quotes adapted to the picture. We want people to be original for once and by picking a picture that has nothing to do with Yu-Gi-Oh, we're hoping to get that.
Use an internet photo hosting site (I use Photobucket). Upload your photo to that, then take the 'direct image link' and then use the image tag button above the text entry place!

2. Halo 3 has some sort of Easter Egg thing called "Grunt Birthday Party"
3. A sound effect for said Easter Egg was stolen from Viva Pinata
4. Dan Green does voicework in both Yu-Gi-Oh and Viva Pinata
