Episode 1 dubbed... I'm about 2 mins in and it's dreadful. Although it's dreadful sound quality, Jack sounds australian O_O
Remember how in the first episode there was that awesome bit where Yusei is riding his bike in complete silence and it draws you in and kinda makes you have to figure out what's happening?
...
yeah... he just comes right out and says "I'm coming for ye Jack!"

Only listened to the first one so far but it was dreadful and very much cringeworthy O_O Apparently Hyperdrive is good though.
EDIT: Just finished listening to them all. We Ride to Survive and Hyperdrive are definately the best ones. |

As for my votes for the opening theme, they are being divided between Hyper Drive and We Ride to Survive.

| #82 Posted 3 months ago | Reply | okay I just watched the English episode of 5d's, and I gotta say good job 4kids. Good jobs with destroying such a good series, first I watched the English episode than I watched the Japanese sub, and both are so different with story lines.
1st. In the English version its said that the D-wheel that Jack has is the one that he stoled from yusei which is bullshit because in one of the episodes he said that he threw away the one that yusei made.
2nd. Yusei talks a lot in the english series and he is not serious as in the jap version.
3rd. In the English Version they made it look like the cop and yusei know each other from the past, which is bullshit again
4th. Turbo Duel, that just sounds horrible
There is probaply more complains I can make about this series but I dont have the time now, I gotta go to work now, but feel free to share youre complains |
