No, he lived. He was even seen at some point during/after Loguetown in a real quick scene.krieg got killed by that other guy.
He was thrown on top of a pile of his crew on a small canoe, Gin given the promise that he would over and "save" the crew. You can assume Krieg is alive if he's able to be saved.
Read some of the One Piece SBS, Oda even said that Luffy has never killed anyone. |

People who are, for a fact, alive that you probably think are dead:
All of CP9. In a recent title-page mini-arc, all the CP9 make it back to Water 7 by walking down the Sea Train Tracks, then do odd jobs to raise enough money to get Rob Lucci into a hospital where he makes a full recovery.
Wapol. In a title-page mini-arc he was knocked into an island where, through a series of events, became the president of a toy company.
All of Baroque Works. Miss Goldenweek, Mr. 5, and Miss Valentinesday got together and went to the Navy Base the others were held at. When they broke in, everyone wanted to be saved except for Mr. 3, Mr. 1, and Crocodile where they decided to be sent to Impel Down. (So until Luffy gets to Impel Down, we don't know if they're alive.)
Enel. After landing on the moon, he met a race of toy-troops and space-pirates and eventually resurrected an entire robot civilization, becoming their king. So everything went according to plan with him.
Foxy. There's... no reason to think he's dead but I don't know about you.
Don Krieg was put on a small canoe with the rest of his ship, Gin telling Sanji that he was going to turn his life around.
Kuro. He was seen on his boat looking at Luffy's wanted poster sometime during Logue Town.
Alvidia is a returning villain too, you know. Why'd you miss her? =
Bellamy. While seriously injured, he was still alive, but his first-mate, being controlled by Doflamingo, killed him. Technically, Luffy DID kill him since if it wasn't for Luffy, Doflamingo would have no reason to kill him, but it wasn't by Luffy's hands.
Axe-Hand Morgan. During a title-page mini-arc (And even during the anime.) Axe-Hand Morgan was being sent to a Naval Base. He tried to escape but Garp stopped him.
So. Do you need to be schooled at One Piece anymore? |

| #41 Posted 3 months ago | Reply | The Laughing Man from Stand Alone Complex. It's just interesting how he edits his logo onto cameras and cyborg's vision, and inspires a legion of copycats. Although he didn't turn out to be such a bad guy.
Pride from FullMetal Alchemist because you don't have any idea who he really is until it's revealed, because he puts on such an effective facade of friendliness.
Also, there was this one-time villain with some french name from Cowboy Bebop I liked because he was like a three-way cross between Sabretooth, The Joker, and The Penguin.
I know it's off-topic but I don't really connect with many anime villains in general as much as in Western media. I often either love to hate them, which is also fine story-wise, or want them to die a painful death soon after they're introduced. I have literally fantasized about shooting Light Yagami in the head and ending Death Note early (I mean no offense to Death Note fans, as long as you're on L's side). |

Pierrot was a pretty cool throw away villain. I thought his death was pretty anticlimactic though. |

And Akabane/Dr. Jackal from Get Backers...though he may count as Switzerland (neutral). It's hard to say with that man.
Jan and Luke Valentine from Hellsing were pretty wicked too. |

He has ultimate power, is really intelligent, can control other peoples minds (including demons,) hell, he even wins a few times, cause the end of the world, makes a raping machine and survives 3 nukes before finally bring him down
That is a real villian

It is like Hucihi (or whatever he is called) the buisness man, he is clearly a villain, but Light is more of someone of a Pragmatic personality who does everything for everyone else (he does not even keep the power he takes) |
