| #1 Posted 1 year ago | Reply | | This is one of my favorite shows! Does anybody know when Season 3's coming out? |
| #2 Posted 1 year ago | Reply | I heard that they were postponing the 3rd season because of the movie.
Honestly, I can't imagine a live action Avatar movie. I'd rather see season 3 than the movie. |

| #3 Posted 1 year ago | Reply | | Meh, I dun care. Ij ust wanna see season 3. CROC WANTS TO SEE SEASON 3!! |
| #4 Posted 1 year ago | Reply | | The release date to Avatar Season three has not been released, but a DVD of, I think five episodes, of season three has been scheduled to come October 30th. Avatar Season three will most likely come out September 11, or at least before October 30th. This should help. There has been no plan for a live action movie, but the director of The Sixth Sense has bought the rights to make two live action movies.... |

| #6 Posted 1 year ago | Reply | | I still can't believe the Avatar Movie's going to be Directed by F***ing M.Night Shamylan! The Plot Twist is, Aang's Adopted! |

wtf how does that work? |
| #9 Posted 1 year ago | Reply | Dunno, but at the moment, it's in development hell due to legal issues. *sigh* Say hi to the Metroid movie for me...
seriously, though, I love the show, and I'm eager to see what they do with Season 3... |
| #10 Posted 1 year ago | Reply | | Thats sort of lame (in my opinion) that they might do a life action, I really don't know if I would want to see that, even though the show is made of awesome. |
| #11 Posted 1 year ago | Reply | Wait... A live action movie? Okay... that sounds like a bad idea. But hey, if they do I'll probably go and see it, since it's Avatar, but I'll be going in with low expectations (just like I am with the upcoming Simpsons movie).
But all that aside. I'm a big fan of Avatar. I'll admit I wasn't a fan right away, because I never really saw any full episodes. But after seeing the first two episodes one weekend I became completly hooked... it'll do that to ya. Like everyone else, the wait for series three is killing me! So much so that I've actually come up with a theory of what might happen... I won't go into that now though. But anyway, Avatar's a product of sheer brilliance, and Zuko pwns all! XD |

| #12 Posted 1 year ago | Reply | | I started watching Avatar more when I saw Season 2. It's a great show with likable characters though I still have to try and work out who my overall favourite is. |
| #13 Posted 1 year ago | Reply | Last year, in the same period of time that we're in now, Avatar was being broadcasted on our Nick, but the bad part about it was and still is, it's dubbed into Dutch, It's a great dub, but all the jokes and the humor is way better and funnier in the English version, I've watched every episode, and me and a great friend of mine always like to quote YGO : TAS and Avatar lines.
My favourite character in Avatar has to be Toph, don't know why, but I like a girl that's not easily pushed over ;)
Sokka is the comic relieve / strategie character in the show, and I like his natural curiosity and sarcasm :) |

| #14 Posted 1 year ago | Reply | Nice to see this thread up being one of my other fav show on TV. lol Above with the mention of plot twist from the movie as I was thinking Robot Chicken too.
BTW, hoping we in Canada will at least get back in sync with the American release of episodes again. Hated waiting... |

| #18 Posted 1 year ago | Reply | Third season is confirmed to start September 21st
At least, that's what I've heard and what that link says |

| #19 Posted 1 year ago, in reply to post #18 by RichardStickfigure | Reply | | I hope that's a world-wide date. I hate having to wait longer than everyone else to get stuff over here -_- |

| #20 Posted 1 year ago | Reply | | September 21st is a confirmed airdate for season three, but I don't know if its world-wide. Hopefully it is. I'm really looking foreword to the third season. Avatar is pretty much the only thing I want to watch on Nick at the moment. As for the live-action movie thing, I don't know how well that could work out for something like Avatar. Most of the movies that I've seen that are cartoons becoming live action movies usually don't turn out so well. Some cartoons are better off being animated, especially since it would be pretty weird seeing a person doing all of those bending moves. I would much rather prefer an animated film or a CGI film for Avatar. |

| #21 Posted 1 year ago | Reply | | I love avatar, it is basicly an anime...FROM AMERICA!! But seriously, it's an amazing show that truly is Nickolodeon's best |

| #23 Posted 1 year ago | Reply | I love avatar. Great story, great characters, fantastic animations.
Zuko is one of my faverites. He's such a complex character. Can't he just be good. If even Uncle Iroh couldn't convince him, the only chance of Zuko turning to the side of light is his mother. |

| #26 Posted 1 year ago | Reply | | Thanks! I've been flipping for the start date too. Tough on my end in Canada as we also suffer from lag in episode releases (we didn't finish until about 2 month ago...). Let's hope we can get back in sync with our Nickelodeon neighbours...in America! |

dicuss the awesomeness of this jpeg. |

| #28 Posted 1 year ago | Reply | | Anag still looks pretty weird with hair, but it looks much better than it did on the DVD cover. Zuko looks awsome and he's back in the Fire Nation outfit. I wonder who the guy in the background is. Anyway, this looks so beyond awsome. I'm looking foreword to Book 3 even more now. This is the best show Nickelodeon has made in a long, long time. I should really think about getting the complete Book sets one of these days. |

| #29 Posted 1 year ago, in reply to post #28 by Atemfangirl | Reply | | my money is on the guy in the backround being that weird face-stealing monster from season 1. |
| #30 Posted 1 year ago | Reply | I have two ideas on who the guy in the background could possibly be:
1. It could be Fire Lord Ozai, Zuko and Azula's father.
2. It could be a guy who's going to teach Aang firebending.
But these are just my theories. |
