I guess I lucked out that the funniest one of all (Yu-gi-oh of course) was the only other anime/cartoon/whatever-you-wanna-call-it that I've ever watched. |

but i never really watched yugioh, and i think the abridged is funny as hell so..............
hey, i wonder whats going to happen with naruto abridged when they start getting into episodes that havent been dubbed yet. i mean, only 100 eps of naruto have been dubbed so far out of 220(not counting shippuden), and by the time they get to that point the dubbed eps will probably be up to episode 130 at most, so i wonder if theyre gonna wait for more eps to be dubbed b4 they make more abridgeds, or if their just gonna start using the subbed eps.

You do realize there is an entire on-line community that subs each Naruto episode the day they come out. Heck, the Japanese episodes officially come out on Thursday, and I've seen Shippudden subs on-line by 11:00 pm - 12:00 am the same day. All the original Naruto episodes (including the fillers) have already been subbed (unofficially, of course). Obtaining the raw episodes is not that difficult either. |

I never watched Avatar, when i watched the abridged version, it feels like it is the dub really intended for the show.It replaced Naruto abridged on my ranking as the best other abridged series.
And when it comes to Fundubs in general, the classic Evangelion ReDeath is still the best of them all. (I wont compare it with YGO:TAS, because its many years older than it, from 2000 or so) |

- Voice differentiation. If you can't do it then get some friends to help, but don't deepen the voices, it's really obvious. But seriously every character sounds the same...
- Umm smashing LittleKuriboh's head into the ground for not giving you permission to make an abridged series? Do you know what site your on?
- Generic humour. Really it's just not funny, and at times barely relates to the series, if I didn't watch Bleach I'd have no idea what's going on. An abridged series generally pokes fun AT the series, not at the random concepts you come up with.
- Your a little egotistical. Saying every other Bleach abridged sucks may or not be true, but you should wait for opinion before deciding on that.
- I have to mention voice differentiation again, it's just the most obvious problem, both genders sound the same.
- Sound effects would be nice instead of exclaiming with pain.
- On the plus side, your mike quality is great, but try looking elsewhere for video sources, the [Adult Swim] is more obvious than you'd think.
Well, yeah...not really that good. But that's what I think. I can say room for improvement, but there's always that. I'm not really sure if it has potential. 5/10. |

#2. Naruto Abridged by MasakoX & Vegeta3986 (Clucky!)
#3. Yu-Gi-Oh! AGX: Abridged Generation X by Sephirex (The 1st ep's ok I guess but the most recent eps seem to be the best, also don't get it confused with the craptastic GX Abridged because AGX is the only good Abridged incarnation of GX)
#4. Avatar Abridged by GanXingBa (Kung-Fu Action Jesus!)
and
#5. Yu-Yu Hakusho Abridged Lanipator (#5 of my Top 5 abridged series but still funny)
Those are the only ones worth watching right now. AGX is my number 3 but Avatar Abridged is coming very close to taking that #3 spot right now. AGX seems to be the most underappreciated of all the good Abridged Series out there. |

| #87 Posted 1 year ago | Reply | | I liked pokemon:TAS by solblade00. the first one I watched was naruto:TAS by masakoX and vegeta3986(my friend who is really into naruto made me watch it) I thought it was very funny("Hokage did you take your pills today?" "Did YOU take shut the hell up today?!") Which I think is really the only one sanctioned by LK(his guest apearnce in the first episode) And of course Kung-F-- I mean avatar:TAS is also funny. But of course Which one is the easiest to make fun of? I would have to say the about playing a card game... badly. YGO:TAS is the funniest of them all, but what did you expect to say? We are on a website for that one. |

| #88 Posted 1 year ago | Reply | I haven't watched all that many of the other Abridged series yet, but so far my #1 is LittleKuriboh's YGO:TAS (naturally), my #2 is Avatar Abridged by GanXingBa, and my #3 is Naruto Abridged by MasakoX & Vegeta3986.
I have watched a couple of episodes of AGX, incidentally, but I can't stand the (lack of) voice acting. |

He explained it:I'd been in contact with MasakoX, who was asking for a part in my series, and since he'd started doing his own Abridged thing he suggested I do a line. It was kind of a confusing arrangement. And as a result, everybody thinks I've endorsed their series or whatever. Heh.
Out of Prodigs list (btw I agree with what you said, that vid was very informative) the ones I consider watching are:
1. YGO: TAS
2. Naruto: TAS
3. Saiyuki Reloaded: TAS
4. FMA: TAS (Not just being nice either)
5. Death Note: TAS (Tioh's now deleted series). |
