I'm sorry, but I've never animated in Photoshop Elements... I have only ever made .gif animations, which basically make each different layer into a frame... but gifs aren't suitable for the type of animation you need to do... I am sorry, I can't be of any help with this...

well... yes you can. you could make a bunch of GIF images, and sort them out in windows movie maker. easy.

Anyway, it doesn't matter, it takes a long time to mkae the animations, you have to make different layers and all sorts of stuff. It's very confusing. I'll just have no find another way...

Gif images are moving images. and its not as long as your thinking.

'Tis with CS3. You have to make a new layer for each frame and you have create each layer before you make the frames...
Although, I suppose I could do it if I tweened them... Yeah...

They have much better programs and it's a lot easier to navigate and organize.
